Product received is as advertised.
Price is good
Customization/name accurate.
HOWEVER: it is a little"lightweight".
Maybe you can offer a version that is a lot sturdier for a higher price: I think $60-$70 for a heavier duty, 18" custom backpack would be acceptable to me.

“Personalized”-Mandalorian backpack

I was pleasantly surprised after asking my purchase be shipped before grandson’s b-day, when it arrived. Not only did the staff comply with my request, but their product was absolutely everything I had hoped it would be! It was quality -both in the materials used, and how it was made. The photo picture sparkles so beautifully; and my grandson was overjoyed to have his name put on it, as they suggest!
